Great position, very good size bedroom warm and clean. Staff mostly attentive.

First days breakfast very good, second day mine should never have been brought to the table never Had scrambled eggs that bad. Staff disappeared so no one to complain too, I'm sure it was a glitch but the chef and waiter needs retraining if they think that was acceptable..

The room was a bit tired - scuffed paint, bathroom had had a flood at some point. It was ok but not as good as the photos and not premium boutique

Noisy delivery early Sunday morning.

Convenient for town centre and surrounding facilities.

Staff confusion over room allocation. Shower screen hinging obviously leaking for some time, resulting in unsightly staining and mould. No staff member to greet guests when arriving in dining area for breakfast. Significant wait for cooked breakfast. When finally delivered, salmon was 'off' and plainly unfit for consumption. No apology offered.

Room was comfortable & large.

Very slow service at breakfast. All seemed a bit chaotic. The customer was expensive for what it was.
