It was all good for our short stay

Lovely location, very picturesque.

I know it is an old property, but some a dangerous step in the building - it contained one victim whilst we were there!

Superb room with absolutely everything you needed. Fridge, kettle, tea,coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. Lots of toiletries, Ironing board, Iron, TV. Very well equipped bathroom. Great Real ales and other beers. Real fire. Superb food at a very reasonable price. Best pub I have ever stayed in.

Lovely room lots of space very comfortable. Good coffee facilities but ran out of coffee pods all milk ones in pot.

The only thing I can think of was that the hanging draw space and for clothes was very limited. We just lived out of our suitcase as only there for two days.

De Devonshire Arms is een prachtige Inn op een geweldige locatie. Het is een soort basis kamp voor mensen die willen wandelen, fietsen of op een andere manier dit prachtige natuurgebied willen bezoeken. De eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk. Hondjes zijn zeer welkom en je kunt er heerlijk eten.

Traditional pub with rooms. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Bar closed at 7pm shortly before we arrived and doesn’t serve breakfast. Few if any other options in the village.
