Quality Inn & Suites Dixon near I-88

It was a good place for families

I don’t like been like this but the experience here was bad. First of the front staff was kind not a problem with that. But once going to our room that’s where it all started. The room smell bad probably because they had clean the carpet. But the smell was bad and carpet was wet. The room was a bit humid. The beds were dusty on top of the cabinet were the tv was dirty and had like small rocks on top. Now the other worst part was the window. It was full of bugs I had to buy a bug spray killer from Walmart to spray the whole window. The pool was nice atleast it was open and my kids had fun. But the room was horrible. A lady in the elevator was complaining about the same thing we were experiencing. I have pictures but I don’t want to go that far and post those pictures.

Couldnt check in on time due to room not being cleaned. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. Things were broke in the pool area. Limited towels in the pool area. Bedding was very thin.

This hotel is infested with BED BUGS! Do not stay there. Several rooms in our group all got itchy red bites all over their bodies while sleeping. Gross! Not just one room either. That hotel has a major problem and you can bring home the bed bugs in your luggage and then have the problem in your house. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

There was small things wrong with the room but the front desk lady was great and asked if we would of liked a new room and she had also taken down our concern when another guest had thrown beer all over my vehicle.

It was quiet

Pool was closed. And was the only reason I went there

I booked this to take my grandkids swimming and when we went to checkin they informed me pool was closed no indication before that on webpage or anything they wouldn't give a refund

Horrible place -1000/10! If you are thinking about booking this place please do your research and check out the Google reviews first!! I originally booked this hotel for my son's birthday because of their pool, only to drive all the way there for them to tell me the pool is under renovations! I said absolutely not I'm not staying if there is no pool, that's the whole reason we came! We left very disappointed, ruined my sons birthday, and I'm out of $150 that was never refunded back to me!! I tried to get a hold of the property for over 2 weeks now and still no answer back, no apologies, no refund, NOTHING. Save your time and money, do not book this place!!

We stay here once a year when we visit my daughter. The only thing that is hard is the beds. Other than that we always enjoy the stay. The pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing but they will have an amazing upgrade when it is done.

The food was not to the normal standard but we spoke to the manager and let him know. He was kind, courteous and wonderful. All the staff did a great job and it was so clean everywhere.
