We have family in the area and have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It used to be a clean, decent place, well-located place to stay. However, this will be our last stay. The first room we were given smelled strongly of fast, greasy food. The next room was filthy and the bedspread and the sheets smelled like Doritos--I'm not kidding. The bathroom was dirty and was littered with hair from prior guests. The carpeting in both the public areas and the rooms is worn, and dirty. The television sets in the rooms are small and very old. This hotel is sorely in need of some capital improvements and some deep cleaning. We will never stay here again.

Door to room was stuck everytime opening. Not enough bath towels.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. I wish I would have read the one star reviews before booking with this hotel. I hope that everyone will take the one star reviews to heart. Additionally, the person who told me he was the Manager, Hazan is not customer-oriented and has no authority to resolve problems. He told me that customer service would help me. I called customer service and they said that the manager had to approve the decision, that they called Hazan who said he was the manager and he said no. Someone is not telling me the truth. All I got was a run around. Hazan even hung up the phone on me. I had a reasonable tone on our call so after he hung up on me I called back to ask why he hung up on me. He said he was "done with the conversation". Do not waste your time with this hotel. There are better, more customer-oriented options available. Breakfast was ok at most. We had 3 towels for 5 people so we called for more. They never came. They would only refill 8 pool towels at a time and we had to call them so many times to refill them because it was already empty when we came in. A couple times we had to just drip our way back to our room due to no towels.

I like the place and I stay

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been too. The cleanliness was non existent. The room smelt like wet dog as soon as we walked in. There was no cleaning smell what so ever. The sheets to the bed were covered in hair and stains like the sheets hadn't been changed from prior customers. There were sex toys stuck to wall behind bed. We were in the room a whole 20 minutes and had time to book a reservation at a different hotel. We will never be back. We want a refund but the manager wasn't in at time we left.
