Comfort Suites Innsbrook - Short Pump

Lady at desk could hardly be bothered. Phone charger station did not work. No iron in room. Phone did not work. 3 light bulbs were out. There were pubic hairs in my bed. There was a flood in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.

Do not stay here it was dirty with roaches We didn’t even stay it was so bad

The room is nice. And big, the bed is very comfortable.The bathroom and room was very clean and it's nice and quiet

Furniture is old and needs to be updated. There were Roaches in the room

The bed was comfortable, but the duvet cover had a couple of decent size holes. There were 2 light bulbs out, only 3 towels, 2 adults in room. Carpet was dirty in room AND inside the main hotel area and staircase. There was either coffee or soda splashed on the wall behind refrigerator.

The hotel had a big sign that said 100% smoke free and the halls and run was full with the smell of smoke. I told the desk clerk and she didn’t seemed to be interested. The first floor and the second floor was Aweful with that smell. The hallway carpets on the first and second floor was filthy. The elevator smelled like smoke. The smell actually got my granddaughter sick after leaving there. The room wasn’t fully clean. The bathroom floor was dirty as well as the tube. I am asking for a full refund.

There are stains everywhere, even just walking up to the room. The room itself was pretty dirty. The toilet was running nonstop when I arrived. There were cockroaches on the walls stains on the walls bathtub with stand and dirty ended up canceling and getting a full refund.

The hotel is definitely not a 3+ star. Room was ok. It had strange smell . Neighbor room people were load. Floor lamp and one of the lights were out of order. Bathroom floor had hair on the floor.

I want to tell you.... DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!!!!!!!!! I wish I would of dug into the reviews before wasting my money here... Comfort Suites and all associated hotels were always the cream of the crop. I would always book at these locations first. This hotel stay was a complete shock and the worst hotel I have stayed in! We were at the Richmond NASCAR race and arrived around 12:15AM. There were multiple groups of guys hanging around in the parking lot. I went to check in and as soon as I walked near the front door, the smell of pot surrounded me. The front desk Clerk was nice and swift. He said we would be able to use the key in the outside door but that would not work. We had to then walk past the sketchy groups of men in the parking lot and use the front door. Through the pot smell again. Once off the elevator we could not find out room, 217. While searching for it we walked through another zone of Pot and VERY loud music and talking. Sounded like someone was having a party. We went out a door and ended up at the spiral staircase. No signs to say that out room was through the other door on the other side of the other door, but I decided to try it. There it was… our room. Would have been nice to have some instruction to find it easier. It is now 12:35 and we are exhausted. We get it and the stench that was there OMG!!!! So musty. I turned the air on because it was so hot and musty. My son put his suitcase on the couch and he screamed “what is all over this couch???” Now the couch looks like you could collect about 30 different DNA samples off of it. The room is absolutely disgusting. The couch looks like someone had sex all over it. There is so much dust and musty Oder that I cannot stop coughing. I pull back the sheets and a gross scab came flying out. We decided not to sleep in that bed the other looked ok…… Except for the moldy bed skirt or some other unknown substance…. Not to mention the ants crawling ALL over the nightstand. I know at this point we should of got a new room or went somewhere else, But I had been up all day, Drove 6 hours and went to a race. The wallpaper in the bathroom is moldy and falling off. Under sink of the shelves you could see dust ALL over. The bathroom floor was filthy. The Exhaust fan was dusty. The shampoo and conditioner and lotion had all been USED already. When leaving the hotel, one back window on an SUV was bashed in, and the car next to me had a huge spider web crack in the window. It looks like they tried to break in but could not make it all the way through the window. This hotel needs and extreme cleaning. I could see all these issues if this is a $59 room. Not how much I paid for it!!!! So disappointing and disgusting!!! I WILL NOT STAY AT ANOTHER ONE of your hotels! We did not even go to breakfast or use the pool which is why I booked here. I CANNOT believe the room was so much with the condition of the room and sketchiness of the outside activities! Rooms - We get it and the stench that was there OMG!!!! So musty.
