My room had a roach in the bathtub. I definitely got my money back.
If i could give no stars for clean i would. We had to change 4 times before we got a semi clean room. We stayed a week and never once got our linens changed. The hotel would ve nice and in a great location but the cleanliness of tge hotel is gross. 1st room smelled like mildew and wet dog 2nd room water in the room was running all night and the shower was gross. 3rd room couldnt even get into the room the door was broken. 4th room (best of them) door wouldnt shut unless forced and the door was falling apart . There was mold in the room and holes in the ceiling

The staff was great. However, our room needed to be fixed. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, the couch cushions were stained, it just felt dirty. To be fair, we stayed in a dog friendly room, so I can almost understand the old couch, but the rest of the room still needed work. Also, breakfast wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed in many places and know the deal with free hotel breakfasts, but there something not quite right about everything. The orange juice tasted off, the waffles were different…I don’t know, maybe because of the condition of the room it skewed everything else about the hotel. It served our purpose for the weekend. However, we will try a different hotel the next time we visit.
Found a dead cokeroach in a bath towel We left, it was disgusting
USWallpaper was peeling from the bathroom walls. There were stains on couch, curtains and bedding and the furniture was falling apart. They didn’t even give enough towels in bathroom for 4 people. It was so gross we didn’t stay for the second night and went to a better hotel.
Unfortunately there was mold and rust in a microwave . Mold in the bathroom and our refrigerator leaked and the bed sheets were dirty.
