The property is really rundown, moisture on the ceiling, door needing 10 scans to be able to open it and the smell of wet dog pee. Clearly, there’s no standards there.
Tv or phone didnt work
USDisgraceful that Choice Hotels has this branded as a Comfort Suites. The hotel is filthy, maintenance non existent, drug dealers and users in the parking lot all night. Key cards wouldn't work unless we slid them in and out of lock 25 times. Bathroom had light hanging from wall, shower curtain rod falling off the wall. No towels available in the morning to shower.

USthe location and the room's air conditioning was working despite the extremely hot hallways AND the staff was friendly. The lobby and 1st floor were nicer than the rest of the building's hallways. There was plenty of free parking available. We were close to a lot of things to do, places to shop and eat.
There was plenty of air conditioning on the 1st floor of the lobby; however, all the other floors ( floors 2 through 5 ) did not have any air conditioning circulating. The reason I know this is because the ice maker was not working on the 5th floor, so I went looking for a working ice machine on each floor until I finally found a working ice machine on the 3rd floor. Each and every hallway of the remaining floors was hot! Even other customers were complaint about the hallway heat! The elevators were very slow and noisy. The sounds from the elevator sounded like a groaning beast that was in pain! The elevator floors were dirty. The ice rooms were mainly out of order and dirty. The room numbering was awkward. Our room's carpet was stained. The furniture was worn (specifically the couch). The TV would not connect to any stations. And finally, in the bathroom, we had a minimum of towels to use, and the tub was overly worn at the bottom, and the shower's hot water took a long time to heat up. I would not stay here again.
USThe smell was horrible when l walked in the room and it smell like mildew plus mold was in the air-conditioned vent had roaches and the wall cover peeling off the wall in the floor was dirty in the furniture was Dusty l cannot stop coughing in the room it wasn't comfortable at all and the value was so bad the location was at short pump my room was 221

Do not stay here if you value your peace of mind and safety, or if odor sensitive. Rank, damp, nasty, bugs in couch bed, stale cigarette odor mixed with weed throughout and filthy grounds and parking infest this property along with filthy carpets, linens, walls, elevators, hallways-the lot. Just the worst hotel. Paper with feces in the disgusting parking lot. Went across the street to get a room at another hotel, like night and day. Vile place with shady people hanging around, staying there. Would sleep in my car instead of rebooking at Choice Suite. Still have the nasty stench of the orange bug couch I slept on in my nose. I was scared to be there alone. Beware, don’t make my mistake and book here. Go across the street. Pay the extra.
