Mercure London Heathrow Hotel

second time i have used this hotel and second time they messed up our rooms and gave us double rooms and not twin rooms. booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. we wont be returning again . at least the parking is good

There was a lady at the Front Desk that was very helpful.But besides that the location is in a remote dirty area,the rooms are ran down and the “bed” felt like a box spring instead of a mattress. The nicest part of the hotel is the reception area.I would not recommend that hotel to any women solo traveling. I did not feel safe.The male front desk offered the ground floor room.Very disappointing even for just an overnight stay.

Not sure how this location keeps the Mecure brand? The room is like a closet. The bathrooms need a drain on outside of tub since water always spills over and stays there. The hallways and room are tiny. The transport to airport is not convenient must get bolt or uber and its not cheap. .

Its a nice hotel but very noisy could hear everything from the room upstairs and they dont tell you that parking cost £16.00! Staff werent really interested no proper meet and greet at reception and answering your mobile phone while checking a person in is wrong in my opinion

Not very welcoming staff. The hotel had a muggy dirty smell covered up with cheap air freshener. Isnt a airport hotel as advertised too far out not a good eria

The place is not a heathrow airport place smelt not friendly dirt service not very nice at all in bad location only good thing is close to buses and train

The property was clean and tidy

Horrible experience, I literally booked this hotel for the electric charging so I could drive from home charge the car whilst I washed to go out for what I needed to then charge again over night and their charging point didn’t work… so had to go to a services and sit with the car which defeated the whole point of me using this hotel, the welcoming was not friendly at all and the man trying to help with the ev charging was trying but to no avail, the room was in very good condition and a comfy bed, no washing/shower gel container was empty and the shower was screaming hot couldn’t get it any colder. Not the best view but i was only their to use it as a stop gap hotel for my car so that didn’t bother me after everything (view from my room as shown)

TV, heater, refrigerator did not work. Keys don’t work once you go out & return. Only good about this place are the staff and the food at the restaurant.

Heating didn't work, place seemed very tired and staff struggled with basic English
