Holiday Inn Northampton West M1 Junc 16, an IHG Hotel

Excellent customer service, very friendly lady at the reception, we were early but our room was ready so we were able to check in, everything was explained clearly, most impressed by how clean and fresh going into main reception area, covid rules were followed, our room was a god size perfect for us and very clean and smelling clean and fresh, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, clear instructions on how to order the food, we all had a lovely pizza each, and breakfast was lovely full English or continental, could not fault it at all, will definitely return to this place if we come by this area again, in lovely clean surroundings, Thanks Holiday Inn .

It was clean, covid rules followed, friendly staff and helpful, rooms clean and fresh, excellent breakfast, had a lovely pizza in the evening, very comfortable atmosphere.

Up to the usual International style hotel standards that you would expect from this chain. A nice quiet clean room with aircon. There are all the expected restrictions in place due to Covid. With some additional sensible protocols and food ordering via WhatsApp. Only downer was when we could not get lunch at lunch time as there was no chef in the kitchens - that one was really unexpected

Easy, safe check in and a comfortable stay. Rooms are basic but well kept, exactly what you expect from Holiday Inn.

Through this difficult time with being able to not have my daughter over covid lockdown I was able to have my daughter in the holiday inn due to my circumstances which eased mine and my daughters anxietys I really appreciate this thank you for you help over this difficult time all the staff made us feel comfortable and safe thank you again

There was spiders in the corners of the bathroom walls, the mugs for morning tea and coffee were dirty (clearly used before - I cleaned them myself and stains came off easily). Window wouldn't shut properly. An instruction manual for the AC would have been helpful too as it was freezing for ages before we got it to work. The bed and pillows were comfy and a lot of storage room though. receptionists were lovely too
