"Every one was so nice and it was very fancy."

Everyone was so friendly!

When we ordered dinner at the bistro it took a good 30-45 minutes when I got the grilled cheese and mom got the Mediterranean bowl. Oh and our room had a strange smell but we couldn’t put our finger on why we would describe it as. We were in 111.

"Great location for what we wanted and superb staff"

The staff were excellent. So helpful and friendly

We had a ground floor room overlooking the car park. There were therefore no windows to open. Only patio doors. I really wanted fresh air as I thought the room smelt pretty awful.

Marriott should be ashamed to allow their name on this motel. Stayed 2nights for Mayo Clinic checkup. Location is great, right across the street from Davis Building at Mayo Clinic, hence 2stars. The place needs to be either demolished & rebuilt or seriously remodeled. It’s hard to imagine that it’s clean with worn out carpet & old furnishings & fixtures. Doesn’t feel clean. Even so, rates are high. I am sure you could find a much better place to stay for same or less money. Would not recommend.

"Hotel rooms review"

Went to ER 1st of March and found this place and was close to Mayo Clinic. But that’s it! The room was stinky (on 1st floor) like old Cigarette smokers rooms. Sliders were locked so NO FRESH AIR! Rooms old and dated, and overpriced for the shape of stinky room. Restaurant was good, although pricey the convenience is an advantage. Probably not again due to bad rooms. And not to say a high priced room at that!
