Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville at the Mayo Clinic Campus/Beaches

I have stayed at this hotel four or five times a year for the last five years and have always found it exceptionally clean, friendly, well priced, and very convenient with the shuttle service. There is a restaurant on site that serves delicious food at a reasonable price! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel!

The staff at the Mayo Clinic courtyard are incredibly kind as they know the people staying there are going to the Mayo Clinic for medical issues. I saw staff hug repeat visitors to the hotel. It felt very heartwarming.

This is consistently the best hotel! The customer service is impeccable from the Management all the way to the custodial service! As a Mayo Clinic cancer patient, I have stayed here repeatedly and have without fail, experienced the cleanest, most comfortable and welcoming accommodations. As soon as my quarterly appointments are scheduled, I immediately call and make my reservation here in advance to insure availability because there’s no where else I want to stay.

I have stayed at this location many times. What I like best about this hotel is the convenient location offering a stressless on campus stay for your Mayo Clinic appointments. We are so comfortable here it was our first choice when we evacuated from Cocoa Beach during a hurricane. The gym equipment is top notch and spotless. The courtyard with pool is a quiet garden sanctuary with shade. There is plenty of space in the room and we enjoy the access to patio pool side. The staff here are always extremely accommodating and friendly.

I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Campus/Beaches hotel numerous times for all my appointments at Mayo Clinic and I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future appointments at Mayo Clinic. The hotel staff, room accommodations, food, pool, gym, hotel cleanliness, and flexible check out times is consistently excellent. The hotel is located on the Mayo Clinic campus and is a very short and easy walk to the Mayo Campus buildings or you can take the Mayo Clinic bus shuttle which stops regularly at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for your lodging at Jacksonville Beaches and Mayo Clinic Campus.

For $600 per night, I was absolutely shocked at how much this property lacked in EVERY way! The room was so tiny, with zero frills, and the TV was dated & small, unclear picture. The size of the room alone was so disappointing! However, Ms. Kim 3p-10p front desk employee was AMAZING! She deserves 10/5⭐! If you had 5 more like her, it would make a true difference. Now, the overnight woman; rude, condescending, and not personable which is required for the front desk.

It’s old and dated

I was very happy that I could walk over to the hospitals anytime I wanted to or needed to. There's a nice shuttle that runs over to the hospital. If you dont have a car there isn't much of anything in walking distance off of the campus. The food court at Mayo is very good! The staff is very good at the hotel . ffood selection wyou also.

The bathroom was filthy; two drawers in the dresser below the TV would not stay closed, the bed was saggy, and the towels were rough.

Up front I will state that there was remodeling construction ongoing as we checked in. The next morning after nine there was drilling sounds about. The room rate was not lowered for the lack of one of the two elevators in the hotel; contractors has exclusive use of the second one. Room furniture was old and worn, visibly dirty. The coffee machine was dirty so we did not use and food and drink had to be ordered at the downstairs bar. Nothing was complimentary, the only free coffee was that you could make in a dirty, unfiltered water coffee pot, parking in their lot was $18 a day and the $6 charge for a bottle of water was laughable. The room and hotel stay were not worthy of the charged stay. I would not stay there again.
