This hotel is not as advertised!! The front desk attendant was way to willing to talk bout his divorce, however he was kind. The juice machine was busted, no pop machines, room temperature water. Manager watches from their room on the second floor and front desk attendant got a call telling him to put us on the second floor we would like it better. The room wasn’t clean, moldy fridge, dirty comforter, leaky toilet stuff running down the walls. For it being a non-smoking room there were cigarette burns everywhere and smoke stains everywhere. DON NOT STAY HERE!!!

"Not this hotel"

The exterior doors in the back of the property did not look to keep out non guests. My dead bolt in my room didn’t work and had no security to speak of

The ratings said this was a five star hotel. This is a one star hotel. Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Not maintained inside or outside. I was very disappointed.

Lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell lingered down the long hallway to our room. The carpet was stained and sticky in the hallway and in our room. The room was very musty. Sheets smelled clean, but were covered in cigarette burns and what I’m guessing was lipstick? Lampshades were tattered and torn and one of the fixtures was just dangling. Security latch on the door was broken. Alternate entrances were never locked. Would never stay here again.

"Horrible hotel."

2.0

I've travelled to 39 U.S. states and 13 countries; this was one of the worst lodgings I've endured:   -The halls/lobby are filthy and reek of cigarette smoke. -Only offer 1 key card per room. -They required a cash deposit at check-in which was not expressed earlier over the phone or online -The clerk killed a live fly during check-in. -They offered no wifi password. -Our towels were filthy. -The bed comforter had stains. -The room door was impossible to open without slamming into it with ones body.   -The TV remote batteries were dead. -The bedsheets didn't fit the mattress. The bathroom waste basket wasn't bagged. -There was no "Do not Disturb" sign.  (We made our own using a post-it. -The coffee machine in the room was broken. Their breakfast offer (offered on their site) is also no longer valid and was told "their website is inaccurate." -They did have a coffee dispenser in the lobby, but without cups, so I requested some.  The front clerk begrudgingly brought me back a single cup, which was covered in small worms. The coffee was also cold.  I had to request the second cup.  There was no apology, or verbal exchange- just an irritated clerk handing me a 2nd cup like I had done something wrong.           -Upon check-out, they had to physically inspect the room before returning our cash deposit.  This took time and made us late to depart.       -One positive though; the bed was fine.   ... Still, this place isn't worth it.

"There's no way this is a legitimate business. "

2.0

I'm nearly positive this hotel can only be a brothel, a hub for drug deals, or a money laundering front- because it doesn't seem possible that this is a legitimate hotel. From the halls that reeked of cigarettes to the plaque of rules in the dilapidated lobby with tape covering up "Days Inn", this place was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. (I've travelled to 39 U.S. states.) My partner and I received 1 key card to share among the two of us, we had to give a $20 deposit at check-in which was not expressed earlier over the phone or online, the clerk killed a live fly in front of us during check-in, we were given no wifi password, our towels were filthy, the bed comforter had stains, the door was impossible to open without slamming through it with my shoulder, the TV remote batteries were dead, the mattress sheets didn't fit, the bathroom waste basket wasn't bagged, we had to make our own "Do not Disturb" sign, and their offered "coffee machines in each room" was invalid- as ours was broken. Their breakfast offer is also no longer valid and was told "their website is inaccurate." They did have a coffee dispenser- with no cups. I asked for two cups. The front clerk begrudgingly brought me back a single cup covered in small worms. I told him I needed a second cup for my partner. There was no apology, thank you, or any verbal exchange- just a second cup. The coffee was also cold. One positive though; the bed was fine. Still, this place isn't worth it.
