Location - facilities - view from balcony - allowed us a late check out

Could have had a better coffee machine in room Excessive smell of bleach Valet parking - long wait for vehicle collection due to Mother’s Day event - would of been easier to self park to make exit easier and quicker

The hotel is a unique piece of San Diego history. The only downside was that our room was quite close to a giant aircon / blower unit outside. It didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper it might. It would be nice if the guided history tour of the property were slightly more affordable for guests staying in the hotel, as they are usually already paying a substantial amount to stay here because they are interested in the hotel itself. That would surely be seen as a sign of appreciation and hospitality. Besides this I love this hotel and if you want to stay somewhere in San Diego and can afford the steep price it is well worth it.

Hotel Del Coranado is a beautiful full of historical information. It was a bonus to have such wonderful weather.
