The location and service is too good

Hotel allowed us to remain on the premises even after our check-out time. We were able to continue using all the hotels facilities.

When this resort was build, it was undoubtedly beautiful and luxurious. However, now, everything in the hotel is damaged, broken, chipped, or non-functional. The hotel is in poor condition and clearly not well-maintained. while the hotel is listed as 4 star property, in my opinion it barely qualifies a weak 3 star stay.

Terrific property on one of the longest beaches on the island. Vanishing edge pool, views of the ocean, great staff.

We heard they are going to renovate it, I’m sure the prices will go way up.

The location is very good but the property is old and tired and well overdue for major revamp. We were told the hotel will close for that very purpose towards the end of 2025. Currently well short of 5 star rating...at most 3 stars.

This is a lovely place to stay, you can see amazing sunsets and moonrises, with a great beach to walk along. The staff are all superb, very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The food is great too with plenty of choice, and the Paris Seychelles a la carte restaurant is outstanding. We had an amazing birthday meal there- just perfect! We really didn’t want to leave..

Nothing- all great

We stayed at Fisherman’s Cove as a family of five, booking the trip quite close to our departure. Unfortunately, the booking process was tedious, with responses taking over three days at times. After about a week and a half, it was finally sorted, but with limited options for interconnecting rooms on the island, we were somewhat tied to this choice. Upon arrival in the Seychelles, we initially stayed on Praslin. Less than 24 hours before moving to Mahé, we received news from the hotel that we’d be downgraded due to an "emergency" and that we’d spend the rest of the week in different rooms. Despite sending immediate feedback and three reminders, we received no reply. By the time we arrived, the staff was aware of a “discontent” guest arriving and greeted us warmly. However, it was clear they weren’t entirely sure how to handle the situation. We ended up spending one night in non-interconnecting rooms before being moved to the originally booked accommodations. To be fair, the rooms—even the ones for the first night—were impeccable, modern, and spacious. They deserve praise on that front. That said, this situation could have been managed much better with clearer communication. Breaking bad news in a more positive and proactive way is an area for improvement. As for the facilities, they were excellent: a beautiful pool, clean infrastructure, and a lovely beach nearby. The resort has plenty to offer in terms of setting. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. While the beach bar was good, the restaurant "Paris," which came highly recommended, was a major disappointment. The Niçoise salad and T-bone steak were poorly prepared—the salad was unappealingly thrown together, and the steak was tough and accompanied by greasy potatoes. This was far below expectations. Fortunately, guests have the option to dine at the sister hotel, Story, with a 20% discount. The restaurants there were outstanding and highly recommended. The breakfast buffet, however, was a significant letdown. The dining area felt dark and cramped, and the food quality, combined with the unfriendliness of some staff (particularly female staff), was disappointing. All in all, the accommodations themselves were great, and we enjoyed our stay. However, the hospitality and food quality need substantial improvement. One final note: we noticed a significant increase in the number of Russian visitors at the hotel and on Mahé overall, which gave the experience a different atmosphere compared to previous years.

If I could've fit in my suitcase all the diligent, efficient n oh so Helpful employees thar I met at the hotel, u'd be out of order right now... Might as well mentioned now Audrey, from Reservation: without her that trip would definitely not have been possible or at least not as enjoyable...time to think about a Raise, someone ??

Very welcoming, nice size room, good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast.

In places getting a little tired and could do with more sun beds around the pool.

Great experience with the staff.

Property is a bit dated and needs an upgrade.

Pool ladder needs repair. It is very expensive Could have high end coffee maker and supply a few things in mini bar. Tv very limited. Not a smart tv
