Fisherman's Cove Resort

This is not the first time we are staying at the Seyshelles and not the first hotel we have stayed in (Before that we were at Saint Anne, Euphelia and Savoy several times). Our short break went exactly as we imagined, we liked everything - location, rooms (we had a suite). I would like to also say a " big thank you" to the staff- their efforts are outrageous- they did everything to make our stay comfortable - Mohammed, Manda, all people at breakfast - they tried to do their best so that the day would be perfect, room service - we tried almost all proposed facilities - spa, laundry, sports. Everything was at a very high level. Value for money is absolutely relevant - given that the Seyshelles are islands and many things cost more than on a continent. Same applies to Internet. What I liked specially is that the hotel is very calm - it is away from a "big brother hotel - Story" with all the activities, so was calm by definition. But when we wanted to do volleyball, badminton or other activities- it was always available even if it was out of the time table. Location - beach is 200 metres away to the side on the sister hotel,- right in front of it there is a reef and those who like, can do snorkeling. Restaurants - Paris was very good, breakfasts are lavish, Sunset bar - absolutely beautiful, Pool bar and breakfast can meet anyone's taste. Restaurants at Story are aslo available with a 20% discount. The room itself deserves special attention- building are built like 1 floor villas so you can feel your privacy isoloated from the neigbours, with a garden and nice terrace. I would change sun umbrellas near the pool, that's it. For me, this is one of the best places of the world since we first visited the Seyshelles in 2012.

the hotel is very tired, the room size is good, the shower is not pactical as it waters the whole floor, breakfast is not 5 star standard. this hotel is expensive for what it offers

everything was exceptionally good

only the cleaning of the room sometimes was not so good, and also we were going to honeymoon and they said they will have a surprise for us, but in the end the surprise was a cake written "happy birthday" and they bring Al-cohol drink we said we want coffee instead they said no we dont provide coffee as gift! this was a little bit surprising for us

I liked our room that was on the water. I thought the pool area was lovely. I also thought the lobby was nice.

It was not particularly good for going into the sea. The surface was stony.

They don’t have enough space with sun beds by the pool for the guest. Plus the once they have are all broken. They can’t even provide some other options apart from being on your room by the balcony.

Very helpful and courteous staff! Chef Karan went out of the way to help us we had a reasonable choice of vegetarian food

Lack of alacarte restaurant in the hotel & all drinks and food very expensive! Like basic drinking water during meal time should be complimentary!

My husband and I stayed at Fisherman's Cove resort for 1 day before ending our entire trip in Seychelles islands. The resort accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests which was truly appreciative. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'd like to point out that our room though gorgeous with ocean view, wasn't very clean when we checked in. The room was equipped with an open shower stall which wasn't sealed completely so water was splashing everywhere. Bedsheets were semi fresh. As we were only staying for one night and we spent much of our time in the pool and ocean, we didn't bother to report. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and it's a gorgeous resort and the surrounding.

The service was great as we arrived late night while the check in was at 3pm they let us freshen up in the gym shower and had the roo. Ready by 8am. The room had AC Issues so they.upgracwd us on last day to better room. The gala di ner was good but surprisingky even for such a high charge they charged separtely for a glass of wine. Gala party was ok not very interesting. Near beach and their Parisian restaurant was good.
