they have good location and next to story hotel so u will have a access to both hotels. Staff are very nice and helpful

Very old rooms and not that clean with a humidity smell inside.

The location is nice and conveniently accessible from the airport and the harbor. The hotel does not have its own beach but a long public beach is next to the hotel. The pool area is small but nice. The pool itself is a bit shallow and small.

The quality of the evening and breakfast buffets was a bit dissapointing. Some waiters were friendly and polite, others could not care less about guests. One tip written on the bill as 40.- SCR was afterwards changed to 440.- SCR. Allegedly a mistake but most likely a nice try. A voucher for 2 welcome drinks at the bar was not accepted in the pool area although it was the same bar. Most annoying was a deposit of 2000.- SCR charged to the credit card at check-in but only refunded 2 weeks after check-out after several reminders. The deposit was required as a prepayment for the final bill. However, the full final bill was charged separately to the credit card without taking into account the deposit. This was very time consuming and annoying.

Första intrycket var bra med fin utsikt mot havet . Trevligt välkomnande i receptionen och dom var det hela vistelsen. Hotellet är slitet och det var ingen fräsch doft på rummet . Annars var utsikten fin från uteplatsen . Städningen var inte den bästa. Fläckar fanns kvar på golvet efter städning. Frukosten var perfekt . Tyckte inte att alltid att personalen var särskilt serviceinriktad.

Not the best for working —uncomfortable chair; a bit old fashioned

We had a lovely stay at Fisherman's Cove! We were very impressed by the staff who couldn't do enough for us and were always greeting guests with big smiles. Our room was upgraded to a hilltop view and it was exceptional - incredibly spacious, comfortable bed and beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing! We were particularly impressed with the sustainability practices - such as filtered water in glass bottles (no plastic!!), beautiful re-usable toiletries, and their coral reef restoration projects. With snorkelling on your doorstep and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, everything about this hotel is recommended.
