Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and clean

Rooms were run down. Bath and sink looked grubby but we’re just well worn. Shower hardly worked.

It was where we wanted to stay the night! However, we had booked a suite and requested the sofa bed be made up. I messaged twice regarding this and received no reply other than I would have to ring. I did, then was told the sofa bed is only suitable for children - it should specify this! Not cancellable so we lost our money as this was not suitable. Booking .Com only managed to get the hotel to give us two rooms once it was too late. We had to make other arrangements. The staff at the hotel were very unfriendly on the phone and not at all helpful.

Don’t know as never got there, but would advise people to be careful. Most hotels are extremely friendly and helpful so this place was a shock!
