All guests are required to present the credit/debit card used to book upon arrival. If you require your reservation to be paid for by a third party, please contact the hotel before arriving to have a third party payment set up. Please be advised that cash payment is not accepted upfront, and you must provide a credit/debit card with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the room rate via a pre-authorization. This usually takes 5-7 working days, dependent on the card issuers processing times. Please note that the car park is on private land. A fee applies for parking. Guest are required to enter their correct vehicle registration to receive the discounted rate parking of £5 per night. . If you do not enter the correct vehicle registration into the ParkingEye terminals at reception, a Parking Charge Notice may be issued. A deposit may be required at the property.
