The staff

Black mold, smelly rooms, tv wasn’t working, and air conditioning didn’t work.

This is an older hotel, could use some updates however the employees were very nice and accommodating. The only complaint that I have is that the breakfast hours should be extended to at least 10:00 or 10:30.

We have stayed in in the past when the pool was heated. This stay the employees state its no longer a heated indoor pool therefore the pool was very cold. The second floor smelled like pesticides. They do have a nice breakfast. Was most disappointed about the cold pool.

Very happy with front desk associate, David. Very curious, polite, helpful and enthusiastic to answer all our questions. Room was good. AC was great. Donna in BF area was very helpful and attentive too. Overall excellent experience.

Clean, large room. Easy check in. My only grump is breakfast was put up at 930. Too early for a weekend in my opinion. Lots of Tesla charging stations for everyone with an electric car. I’m not sure why they need 200 characters for this review????

Carlos at the front desk was awesome. He was very welcoming and made sure to let us know he would be there is we needed anything at all. He is the reason for the 5. The hotel was exactly as expected. It has what we needed and the room was clean.I would recommend staying here.

Food was ok

Floor was sticky and coming apart at the seems and the bathroom was disgusting

The clerk at the front desk, Carlos, was great. Friendly, courteous, helpful and customer service oriented. The room was clean and impressive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great pillows, clean and quiet accommodations, good breakfast spread. The staff was kind and accommodating, even at midnight when I checked in. The location was really quiet even though right off the highway, which was a selling point for me
