The Grand Hotel Leicester by The Unlimited Collection

The tv cable broken on the first day, fixed very quick, blocked toilet on the second day. Only stayed 3 days. The room was not clean to a high stranded. Ie bed not made, glasses not clean or the cups, towels not taken but clean one left. I did report to the desk about it. But the best part of are stay was the breakfast, the food was good the staff was top of there game. I have stayed here before not again

Beautiful lobby. The rooms were a bit spartan (and warm!), but otherwise comfortable.

Clearly overpriced Hotel. You will have a good matress, a newly refurbidhed mattress and a decent breakfast but this is it for the good points. The bad point list is much longer: You hear your neighbours You have only a shower You dont have decent coffee or water in the room You pay £10 for the car park The rooms are extra smalls The wifi is supet slow My first and my last time on this hotel For this sercice you should pay £90 maximum, certainly not £123

Nothing special - bed light not working properly; silverfish on bed (just one and small); currently covered in scaffolding and so dirty windows; staff gave wrong information about how to get in and out if their expensive car park!

Downstairs is amazing but rooms do not match upstairs, the bedrooms need renovation.

I remember the Grand Hotel from when I was growing up in Leicester but the reality some 20 years later was most disappointing. The rooms have not been updated, bathroom had cracked floor tiles, dirty net curtain, & very noisy as the windows are old & do not close properly. The television in the bedroom was situated so you could not watch it if lying in bed. I will not be staying here again as reality does not live up to expectations

Room was lovely, huge hole in the wall outside our room which was 510 which was very disappointing. Breakfast was very Disappointing, if you are charging that amount, you should have different eggs choices and also choose your own breakfast not buffet.

We loved the Property, but it looked like it had not been hoover for days or that room had been used. there was only warm water room temp for shower no hot water and the tap got stuck and we could not turn it off. But the staff were brilliant could not do enough for you.....! KEEP IT UP GREAT WORK!

Main road outside makes it impossible to sleep no bottles of water in room and had to pay extra for breakfast and no free parking!
