GBI had theatre tickets in Brighton and chose this hotel for the low price. It turned out that the price probably reflected the location, which was a bit far away from Brighton City Centre. So a taxi/uber fare back and forth did increase the spend, however there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel which I could have used if I'd checked a timetable. As to the hotel, it was lovely, very clean and freshly painted. The room was large, with space to unpack, a very comfortable queen or king size bed. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. And it was quiet. The staff was very friendly, the bar was open late, and the full English breakfast in the morning was delicious. Breakfast is rarely included in hotels anymore.

The bathroom was old and didnt look to great, no lift, no fridge. Was so far away from the entrance. The carport is not great.
