GBGBBasic budget hotel. That said staff welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was spotless. Ample free breakfast in the morning. Can purchase food in the evening but I was to busy in Brighton to return to sample the menu. Has a bar again cannot comment didn't use it. Hotel is around a mile outside the centre of Brighton. That said there is free parking at the hotel and an excellent bus service right outside that takes you right into town. What's not to like.

GBthe hotel is not modern but serves the needs of a short stayer. the hot buffet breakfast has the normal British selection
breakfast times of 7 to 9 do nit meet everyones needs especially if you have had a late night
GBGBGBThe lady on the reception was really nice and really helpful. The guys in the breakfast restaurant was really friendly and helpful couldn't do enough. The only thing I would say there was a guy serving in the bar which he was very miserable not friendly and I thought he was a bit rude.

GBThe parking was great, the bus stopped right outside and there's beryl bikes outside too. The room was clean.
It's located just at the edge of walking into town. The rooms are a little dated. Breakfast was a little uninspired.
GBThe hotel was in a good location, we could get a taxi into town or bus if needed, but as we just needed a room for a night this was fine, parking was good but can get busy,
Bar area was nice, we did feel like we had gone on holiday with the music, we did want a drink before we popped out but couldn't find a bar person, we did ask at reception but still no one.
GBGreat location close to bus stops. Open 24 hours which was convenient. Cleanliness. Free parking for residents. Great breakfast.
