"Maravilloso, lo repetiría."

Maravilloso lugar, las instalaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno increíble y el personal muy atento y amable. Muy buena ubicación.

No pudimos usar el spa ya que íbamos con niños y no está permitido que entren menores de 15 años. Eso no aparece en la descripción del hotel y fue una de las razones por las que lo habíamos elegido.

"Wonderful experience"

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and accomodating and it was in a great location to explore. When we arrived we realised we didmt have a balcony room and enquired about upgrading - the staff were wonderful and moved some things around to let us upgrade.

"Home base before and after the Classic Inca Trek."

Palacio Del Inka is beautiful and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extra comfy which was needed before and after our 4 day 3 night Inca Trail trek. 😀 Wonderful dining. Best of all was the exceptional staff which treated Laura and I like good friends. Excellent location near De Armas Plaza and Convent Santa Domingo. Beautiful interior and courtyards.

"Outstanding experience 5 star hotel"

Our stay at Palacio del Inka was one of the highlights of our visit to Peru. The hotel beautifully combines luxury, history, and authentic local character. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Cusco’s main attractions, and the historic architecture creates a truly unique atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and elegant, the breakfast was excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest service were evident throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Ruth, the Concierge, who went far above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She provided outstanding recommendations, assisted with arrangements and logistics, and was always available with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to help. Her local knowledge, professionalism, and personal attention made a tremendous difference to our experience in Cusco. Ruth is a true asset to the hotel and exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay at Palacio del Inka again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco. Thank you to Ruth and the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
