Jupiter Hotel Wetherby

Room comfortable. Some public areas of hotel in need of refurbishment. Only disappointment was the main menu as we needed to eat in the hotel first night and found the menu limited.

We had a large 'studio' room overlooking a field with a family of beautiful rabbits! The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were fantastic. Some aspects of the hotel looked a little tired (eg. carpets) but this didn't detract from our stay at all

Was woken up early hours of morning by someone coming into our room he has been given his key card for room 201 which was our room. This really unsettled us for the rest of the night so didn’t really sleep. It also raises a security risk how could this happen? Did mention this on checking out but staff member didn’t seem bothered.

We paid for twin beds but got a double. Asked for ground floor room due to disability but finished up on second floor at the end of long corridor. Receptionist was excellent and changed bed configuration but was unable to change room.

Dirty bathroom. Shower broken. No tea in welcome tray which had not been cleaned since last guest. Worst of all, someone revolting individual had been clipping their toe nails by the side of the ben and left the debris all over the floor. The room clearly had not been serviced. We were moved to a different room which was not much better, but without the nail debris. For the price paid this was not acceptable.

Nice hotel, short walk to town.

Two female staff at breakfast couldn’t be bothered at breakfast - not the chef he was pleasant. Task oriented rather than customer skills. Unlikely to go there again.

exterior very dated.bathroom ok but could do with update.Bed very comfy staff were excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Room was clean and was fairly priced.
