Jupiter Hotel Wetherby

Close to the town centre, easy walking distance. Staff were great and the service received by all was excellent. The hotel is a little run down and could do with a refurbishment

The rooms are comfortable but shabby. The wifi was down. Tv was hit and miss. Lack of hotel information in the room.

Bathroom floor peeling off and mould in shower. Also smell coming from drains in bathroom. Bed comfortable and breakfast good. When I check into my room there was someone already sleeping in my bed. The hotel did promptly relocate me and resolved the situation. But a bit weird.

Great location

Great location at the entry to beautiful Weatherby, this hotel is functional, but a bit tired and in need of a renovation. The staff were friendly, but as you walked around the hotel, you would spot lots of tired areas (Scuffs, stained ceiling tiles etc), which need updating. I even found a door propped open with a shampoo bottle!

I arrived early and I was going to be charged £20 if I checked in two hours early. The bathroom could do with a deep clean

We stayed in the Mercure Wetherby hotel two years ago and it was very tired then and it has not changed at all, the furniture in the lounge/bar area needs updating, and the bathrooms need updating especially the toilet/seat. This was mentioned two years ago and nothing has changed. The only reason we stayed there again was because it was convenient for the party we were going to.

Ok so the hotel could do with a bit of TLC, its showing its age however, its clean, the staff are fab and the bed is Soooooooooo comfortable. I'm happy with that.

Rooms very poor , very basic, still in the 1980s , shower none existent, not sure how you can charge so much for a room.
