The hotel is overpriced, outdated and looking tired

Nice staff

Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Hotel is well located with easy access and lots of free parking. Room and much of hotel are worn and in desperate need of updating.

Grotty room looked really tired it didn’t look clean but I’m sure it was I went to the bar and it looked like a 50s bingo hall It just need modernising

Seriously outdated, horrible decor that is surely 30 years old, far too expensive, thin walls, no a/c, no fans and just a very poor experience I paid more than i have in a 4 star hotel central london. Only positive was that its within walking distance to main part of weatherby

This hotel is seriously tired and dated. The rooms werent particularly clean, with dust on skirting boards and switches etc. The shower pressure was dreadful, the facilities in the rooms are extremely basic.

The property / bedrooms are a little tired - but was a good price for B&B. The staff were very very friendly and helpful

Lovely friendly staff, overall stay was good. The bathroom really let this hotel down. I wouldn’t go into the bathroom bare footed as the floor and corners were disgusting. Pink mould and filthy lime scale build up in and around shower felt like a 1 star hotel. Walls could have done with a lick of painted. Such a shame 😫

Hotel is a little tired in decor and furnishings. My room had a tear in the net curtain. There was no individual air con in the room so was quite warm and facing the main road meant I couldn't have the window open as there was traffic noise. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff

Very nice room , we liked the power shower. however room not cleaned and restock on day two not sure if that's because of covid , could get additional tea, coffee, milk and sugar at reception so wasn't a issue. Very pleasant location nice little town , no noise at night.
