Astoria Hotel

The stuff did not find my reservation made 1 week before arriving and confirmed; after half hour of checking of avaibility, I've got a poor room with no fridge, no hot water ( I have check it for two hours continious) to can make a shower and no heating working to hot air even the temperature in this month of september was outside 12 celsius degree, and inside prety much the same. All those for €81 like a fancy Antwerp accomodation! I do not reccomand it anymore!

I made a reservation through hotels.com. THE HOTEL IS SHUT Customer arrived at hotel at 5am after 10 hour journey, to find hotel closed with no answer to phone. I request a refund, I will not use your site again. Gabyburnstravel@gmail.com

The room was very comfy however I did request a double bed and we got two twin beds out together which has separate duvets and sheets. The breakfast had a big cold food selection however the hot breakfast was lacking

It was a great hotel...very central to where I needed to go..very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location for work and leisure. Hotel is clean and quiet with ample parking nearby. Everything and more from a well priced hotel

Very enjoyable stay again probably the third time. Good breakfast especially the scrambled eggs. Very handy to the station and all the restaurants in the area.

Convenient location for us b/c close to Central Station (trains) and car rental facilities. Definitely needs updating.

First time stay at the Astoria as I regularly stay closer to the Grotenmarkt area. Close to the station by the Diamond area and variety of restaurants on and around De Keysier street. Rooms were very accommodating so I can recommend this hotel will satisfy all travellers. It's in a quiet area but don't expect a room with a view on lower floors.

Reception staff very pleasant and efficient. Buffet breakfast was very good, pleasant dining room Rooms were comfortable and clean, but are now probably ready for refurbishment
