Helpful staff, great location, clean and comfortable room. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and of a good size. Very close to the central train station, an easy walk to the scenic part of the city.

The property has parking, and the rooms are spacious. However, the hotel is older and the bathrooms not as clean. The heating/cooling temperature thermostat did not work well, and the place was humid.

Great hotel situated in quiet street close to station, shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms clean and spacious, we had quiet room at back of hotel (209). Staff friendly and always available to help. Buffet style breakfast had an excellent selection to suit all tastes, even a kosher option available on request.

There was no issue with the staff at this hotel who were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was a bit dated and they need to revamp to a more modern cleaner look which would also lighten the rooms. My biggest issue was the amount of mosquitoes in the room! I came away having been bitten twelve times. I would think the air conditioning needs looking at judging by the amount of insects that were present. I don’t like complaining but I suffer badly with bites and this issue spoilt my stay.

Hotel staff was nice. No parking. Air in room shut off in early morning- woke up hot and couldn’t get the air to restart. Rooms, hallways, and elevators were dated- need some upgrades.

The location was close to the Antwerp Centraal, but in the immediate vicinity, there wasn't much (a walk of 4 or 5 blocks fixed that).
