"The actual stay was good but the Manager's response to my complaint about the no-show charge was bad"

Breakfast was fine and so was the location.

The extra night they charged me for being a no-show on a Booking.com reservation that I thought was cancelled was outrageous and grossly unfair. What's worse was the Manager's response to my complaint about it.

Breakfast was great all week (Monday to Thursday) but not on Friday. The breakfast staff were no-shows so it was a limited selection of bagels, toast, yogurt, oatmeal. The pool was clean, the hotel accommodations were excellent, staff was friendly.

The only thing that could be improved is the faucet/shower knobs in the bathtub. When you use the shower, the bathtub faucet keeps running full blast. Also the on/off knobs were loose.
