Homewood Suites by Hilton Dayton South

Very comfortable, clean, excellent service. Better than a hotel room.

First off the staff here is Amazing!! I would give them a 10++! They are friendly, efficient, and welcoming! The rooms are comfortable and offer plenty of room.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious

The shower is very low and there was weird mold looking stuff in the room.

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Hilton Dayton South, espcially Mia when I checked in after midnight on Friday night- technically May 3rd. Mea was so friendly and hard working- not an easy job to work the desk on an overnight shift. I appreciate her, and all the staff.

Great Location and amenities.

First room we were given just reeked of wet dog. There were dogs barking in the next room. The carpet between the living room and kitchen area was ripped all along probably by dogs scratching. I asked to be moved to another room . It was better with much less dog smell . I asked if there was not one of the 5 floors on which pets could not be accommodated and told no. The internet didn’t work in our room. The TV in the living room didn’t work. I was told that there were no maintenance people working in the evening and that someone would look at it the next morning which was useless as we were planning to leave right after breakfast. Every door has paint chips and smudges. It’s a tired old property for sure. Bed was comfortable but pillows a mess of mush.
