Great place to stay

Convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country as well as shopping. Able to accommodate a family of 5 in one room. Free breakfast in am added plus.

Nice stay

The title and staff we very nice the only down side to it is the beds were uncomfortable.

Stacy is the friendliest and kindest woman ever. She is knowledge about the area and was so helpful. The entire staff and were attentive snd kind. The facilities pristine and clean & the breakfast team and food was delicious and Lady Diane is so funny and helpful. The suite was clean and felt brand new. You will love this location. Coming back again.

When we first arrived at the property we were told they overbooked the hotel so we got a free upgrade. That’s where the good stuff ends . Rooms were nasty to say the least. Sofa and armchair where heavily soiled and stained to the point we didn’t use them . The rooms are infested with ants . In the bedrooms the dressers had every single drawer broken . The corner edges in the room were peeling off and we would find them on the floor when we returned to our room . All of this would be ok if this was a super cheap motel but at $300 a night I expect at least a clean room . Feel like i need to take a shower in bleach after staying here.

We always come here for our Williamsburg vacations. Also a great place for our kids and dog. Excellent hotel. We will definitely be back soon!

We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Williamsburg for six nights during a family vacation, and overall, it was a great experience with outstanding value. The location is ideal—just a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown, and Yorktown. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area, and we appreciated how easy it was to get around from the hotel. Our suite was clean, spacious, and well-suited for a longer stay. Having a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and living space gave our family room to spread out and relax after busy days. The included breakfast was exactly what you’d expect from Homewood Suites—hot, fresh, and convenient. It was a great way to start each day without having to rush out to find food. Where the hotel truly shines is in its staff. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality added so much to our experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and budget-conscious hotel in Williamsburg, this is a great choice. We’d absolutely stay here again!
