"The perfect place to stay for a vacation with kids"

Property felt safe, was clean, and close to everything. The hotel was located at the end of the main road which was fabulous. Quiet, not a lot of foot traffic, yet 12 minutes from Busch gardens, less than 10 from Williamsburg, and 10 minutes from all food and stores you need. It was absolutely perfect. The indoor poop was open our whole stay (6 days), and a great temperature. The free self serve breakfast made starting the day so easy with kids.

Excellent property! The breakfast has a wide array of options (bagels, toast, fruit, muffins, eggs). Two of the days I was there they had pulled pork/pulled smoked chicken for breakfast burritos. The staff they have for the breakfast is awesome. I came down towards the end time both days and the place was spotless. Not a crumb on the tables or the floors. The manager approached me twice on different days to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet in the evenings. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast options, clean rooms. Enjoyed having the two bathrooms as a family of six. Close to Busch Gardens and the Premium Outlets. I would recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! Our room was spacious and we were able to have our dog with us. They even have a pet station outside for convenience. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the air. It was quite loud and would wake me each time it’s came on. I imagine that is probably unique to our room but thought I would mention it. Very grateful to the staff for an enjoyable stay!
