Hampton Inn Franklin, KY - Portland, TN

Bathroom was very cold. Picture frame broken. Staff very nice.

We enjoy staying here the results are the same and everything is as expected.

The hotel is now our common stop when we travel to Florida. The Mexican restaurant in the next lot is amazing and most importantly the coffee and bed is AMAZING. Thank you Hampton for always delivering what we expect!

Great staff, extremely helpful even with our early check in. Britany was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable. Had a very nice area for walking the dog complete with poop bags/disposal can.

We have been coming to this Hampton Inn for years to attend the Ky. Downs races. The staff has always been awesome, and the hotel is clean and neat. Normally, I would give this 5 stars with the exception of an incredibly rude manager named Crystal. I was shocked at how rude and inappropriate she was. We came with a large group, and our rooms were booked for two nights, but under different names. When we arrived the first night, we explained this to Crystal and asked if we could keep our same room for the next night. She was rude and dismissive. It would have been ok if she had been polite and explained that because the rooms were booked under different names, she couldn’t do it. Instead, she barked at us, made us leave and check back in later. We have been Hilton Honors members for decades and have never been treated so badly. Crystal needs to go.

We booked that location because the web site showed a pool. The pool was closed thew while time we were there. Please show that online. Our first room was on the second floor, which smelled like sewage, I think because of a bad check valve on the drain near the ice machine. When we asked to change rooms, the staff clearly knew they'd initially put us on the stinky floor.
