Nice staff, breakfast great, clean, easy

Everything just great but the bed was not that comfortable. Was lumpy

At first glance I was a bit concerned because it's located right next to the interstate but with the A/C running, which we needed anyway we did not notice road noise. The room was clean and comfy. We thought the price was rather high but we've had terrible experiences with cheaper hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It would be helpful for older people to have simple printed instructions about operating the TV, rather than scanning a QR code that some may not be able to do.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was they didn’t clean my room Saturday((I was only there Friday night and Saturday night)

Halls and rooms could use some updating. Noticed a unpleasant smell when exiting the elevator on third floor. Everything seemed relatively clean.

we arrived early due to the time change and our room wasnt ready. the front desk person checked us in and told us the room would be ready at 3:00. they had been full the night before and two people had quit that morning so rooms weren't cleaned. we left and came back at 3:10 and went to the room. there were three people in the hall cleaning rooms so we had to move our stuff back out (beds were made so we thought room was clean). we stood in the hallway and asked at least two different people three different times if there wasn't another room that was clean. no one answered and just blabbing about being full and two people quitting, finally a young lady came up and went through the whole thing again. we asked her if there wasn't another room that was clean and she said she would go downstairs and talk to her manager. we went downstairs with her..she was gone for a few minutes and then came back and told us to have a seat in the lobby. she did not come back to say anything about another room there was a lady standing out in front of the hotel smoking so when she came back in my husband went up to the desk and ask her about another room. she said that was the only room of the type we booked and it wasn't clean. my husband again said we didn't care what type room we had, we just wanted a room. her response...i'm sending someone up there right now to clean it. next day we saw ladybugs in room, front desk person response..."nothing we can do about ladybugs"

Breakfast good.
