Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, Vail Valley

I love this hotel and Beaver Creek is one of my most favorite places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, has every amenity one could want. It is a ski in and out property, has a lovely spa with heated pool, hot tub, sauna and treatment options galore. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. I have been staying at this hotel for years. It gets better each time I come.

This is a great place for a ski vacation. Steps from your room to the slopes. We are making it a yearly trip. Everyone was so nice and our accomidations are great.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek was far below the standard we expected, especially after booking our rooms a full year in advance and confirming several times that our group needed adjoining rooms. When we arrived, none of our rooms were ready, and one of the rooms initially assigned was next to active construction that the front desk didn’t even seem aware of. This caused even longer delays, and ultimately we were given rooms that were not together, despite all the advance planning and communication. What made our experience even more disappointing was an incident involving the hotel-recommended ice skating rink right outside the property. Since the hotel actively recommends this activity, we assumed there was some sort of partnership or oversight. However, there was no supervision, no staff presence, and no waiver required. One of the kids in our family ended up breaking his shin on the rink, and the hotel showed no concern, follow-up, or acknowledgment of the injury, which was shocking for a luxury resort. During Thanksgiving dinner, we repeatedly stated that we needed an accessible table for a wheelchair, yet we were still seated in an area that was not accessible. We had to ask again to be moved, making an already stressful situation even more difficult. To add to the frustration, the travel advisor assisting our family has reached out multiple times for resolution and has received no response from the hotel. The rooms themselves were fine, but the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and festive spirit you would expect during the holidays. If you are traveling with children, I would not recommend this hotel—between the lack of supervision at activities they promote and the limited responsiveness from staff, it did not feel family-friendly. We love Beaver Creek, but unfortunately this stay at the Park Hyatt did not meet expectations in service, communication, or hospitality.

Average stay while paying above average prices. I am a globalist and have stayed at multiple Park Hyatt properties worldwide and this is one of the worst. The food options are limited. The bartender was very rude. Valet is a mess (they got us the wrong vehicle). The spa is a bit outdated and the steam room in the Aqua Sanitas experience was broken. A dirty rag was forgotten in our room on the floor by housekeeping. The fireplace in the room stays partially on even though we turned it off so the room was super hot throughout the night. The windows in the room had very limited noise cancelation. They turned on the snow blowing machines in the middle of the night and those were so loud and woke us up. Had to use earplugs to be able to get back to sleep. Overall, the hotel's location is great and the breakfast had good variety.

Disappointing. Was there during 'mud' season when everything was closed prior to the holidays, but was not told in advance of this. 8100, the bar, and many services were closed or unavailable. My newly renovated room was not properly checked to ensure it was ready for guests. Shower and sink shed dirty water for some time and my heat wasn't working the first night (60 degrees in my room). Room was really nice.

Wonderful place to stay and experience many of Colorado's scenery! steps away from shopping, spa and scenic hikes. If you ski then you would love that the lifts are right behind the resort!! The service and staff went out of their way to assist us with all our needs!!

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. Service was good. Food was expensive, due to location, but very tasty. Rooms were comfortable and pretty quiet (except for an a dog bark around 8 am). Rooms and common areas were very clean. This is a large hotel. Took us a while to get to our room. Plenty of outdoor activities close (hiking center is a few minutes away).

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff was so amazing and accommodating. Smores kit was amazing! Spa was spectacular! Pool was just gorgeous and five hot tubs was so amazing. Will come back every time

This facility is not welcoming to people with disabilities, no automatic doors, heavy room doors, high thresholds that are difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, and the resort is not ADA compliant. The restaurant offered very poor customer service, staff were not able to turn on lights, our order was incomplete.

A very nice hotel located in a beautiful valley. I traveled in the fall with the pretty aspen trees in full yellow. The restaurant food was excellent, and my room had a wonder mountainside view! I would definitely stay there again!
