Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza

Perfect location to take the trolly into the French Quarter. The staff is phenomenal and so fun! We were lucky enough to enjoy a crawfish boil hosted by the hotel and beautiful sunsets on the rooftop deck. Jerome was amazing and arranged for our ride back to the airport. I’ve never experienced such hospitality! We will definitely stay again!

What on earth is the clunking/firework sounding noise that goes off ALL day and night?!? I have never slept so poorly in my life. For five straight nights it has kept me up. The bed is also so so terrible. The rooms are not cleaned, I found trash and a child’s toy near the edge of the bed when we checked in. The only reason I am giving two stars is for Jaela, Vince and Chamelle who are very friendly and kind. This place is absolutely awful go elsewhere. You’ve been warned

Large room with full kitchen. Very accommodating staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem The location is great and convenient. The trolley is right in front of the hotel. There are lots of restaurants around you almost forget you’re in New Orleans, because you don’t have the noise and the hustle and bustle of the downtown atmosphere. I think we have a new favorite also a full kitchen

The Club Wyndham was a perfect location. The trolley and bus was just across the street. Places to eat and listen to music was steps away. The Wyndham had a hot tub and pool with beautiful surrondings and sitting areas. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay again in the future.

Staying at Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza is just like budget hotels in Times Square. Crowds going in and out at all hours (this was the week AFTER Mardi Gras). The room (they called it a suite as it had a room next to bathroom that had a counter, like it should be used as a workspace, but no chair, no outlets, no mirror, no window) was furnished with items that looked that they were new by designed by Goodwill. There was only one bedside table and light -- had to pull a dining chair next to bed and put a cutting board on it. The kitchenette was new and it was fine.

My family loved our first time in NOLA at Ave Plaza, it was a little tight for parking…we street parked but once settled in we used the Trollys to get to where we wanted to go! Le Pass is a must if you’re staying here. Have fun!
