Location walkable from train station and close to pedestrian streets. Secure entry. Free soft drinks in the minibar, tea/coffee. Quiet. Good wifi. Owner helpful.

Have to close shower doors carefully to avoid water leaking out.

Emplacement idéal à 8 min de la gare et quelques minutes du centre de la Spezia mais dans un immeuble calme. Facilité d'accès en arrivant avec instructions précises. Lit très confortable et chambre agréable. Petites attentions à l'arrivée qui font plaisir (eau et soda au frais, baiocchis, café) Hôte disponible par téléphone Passage d'une personne qui fait le ménage

A noter qu'il n'y a pas de balcon dans toutes les chambres
