Location was good

Wonderful warm haven after driving in the snow storm! Owner was so kind to update us and help with easy check in access to our beautifully remodeled room--Clean and reasonably priced. Close to shops and restaurants and WOW what a gorgeous view of the lake, thanks to lower level location! Can't wait to go in the summer!

The staff at Seagull Bay were very helpful as I had to change the dates of my trip several times. Upon arrival, the room was ready for me, very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It's a beautiful setting on Lake Superior with lots of beautiful trees and a walking path. The customer service was excellent and felt personalized. I'll be back when I'm in the area, for sure.

The staff and communications were awesome. This place was very quaint and located right on Lake Superior with gorgeous views! They had remodeled recently and the space was very cool! We will for sure stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Staff didn't check in with us, particularly with housekeeping.. I am not sure if there were any housekeeping staff even.

I come here twice a year . Peaceful , quiet with gorgeous views of the lake. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds . I often stay in the Brownstone cottage and it’s private in the woods . Fully equipped cottage with 2 beds , 1 1/2 baths . Private deck. The manager is very friendly and helpful as is the housekeeping staff .
