Beautiful building

Arrived to dirty sheets with brown stains. The staff wasn’t able to replace them till the following day so we had to use dirty sheets for our first night. We were told we would receive a refund, followed up 3 times, and have yet to receive our refund. Very terrible service

The hotel had no heat one of the nights, lukewarm hot water at best and one of the employees left dip spit in the sink after working on the heat. I will never go back to this hotel.

Quite outdated, musty smell in room which led to sneezing of both guests.

The front desk people were wonderful. Both Isiah and Ruben were great. I appreciated that I could open the door to the outside for some fresh air, and I also could easily control the heat in the room by its thermostat. Room decor was simple, but cheerful. Bathroom could use an update, but was clean.

Comfortable stay with good value for money for Aspen. Sizeable rooms and a lovely common area with a fireplace. Didn’t try to pool or other facilities. Only negative would be a loud heating system.

Great place, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They all gave us amazing recommendation. Place is very walkable! Would return in a heartbeat

This property was just what my husband and I needed for our stay in Aspen. It was an easy walk to downtown. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was a good perk. The place is not accessible for those with issues with stairs. We felt safe and loved the view from our room. Clean and comfortable! Would stay again
