Amazing view to the railway, peaceful and mesmerizing surrounding nature. Well styled and looked after rooms

The hotel's price is in a range of a 4-star hotel, but the hotel is a solid 3-star. I'd suggest removing the "Boutique" from the hotel's name. The location is hard to get to, if you're driving - be very cautious. The hotel has little (or nothing) to offer other than amazing view, and medium comfort room.

Only hotel location

No TV, No air conditioning, no phone, no restaurant and very slow wifi.

Hotel Levon was super cute and a great part around Ella — not in the craziness of the main area, but just a quick tuktuk or ride up the mountain. I loved seeing the train come in while eating breakfast, and the room was comfortable (even without AC) and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature control. I loved all the offerings (hair dryer, razors, waters, etc.) that made it feel a bit more upscale/they had everything you need. The staff was very friendly and around and available easily on WhatsApp.

The garden room was cute but in future I'd recommend if you can getting one of the upper rooms with the balcony — it'll give you a bit more privacy as the staff do have to walk down (past your room but not in front of it) at times. Paying with cash was slightly inconvenient but not the biggest issue, especially with the great deal.

The staff tried to save the situation. The owner was friendly and finally accepted our request to stay only one night (had booked and paid for two)

This property was hugely overvalued. Instead of paying about 50$, the price was almost triple. The room was ok, but the bathroom was smelling and we woke up from music from neighbours, due to bad insulation. The breakfast was the most basic and unhealthy possible: no fresh juice, no brown bread, no good marmelade, few fruits. Everything industrial.

Beautiful setting clean comfortable and friendly accommodation.

The bed was comfortable.

1) The property was difficult to find, no signs on the road, arriving in the dark made it difficult to find. 2) there is no restaurant on site, rather the owner asked us to walk along the railway track to a nearby restaurant which overall was charming, though not ideal after travelling all day. 3) the room is small and doesn’t have any wardrobes or places to hang clothes. 4) noise from the room next door, no proper insulation. 5) it’s cash only, which means we had to draw money out, when we wanted to pat by credit card. I wouldn’t stay here again.
