A penalty of US$ 250 will be charged for smoking in the room. A penalty of US$ 350 will be charged if the keys are lost. In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport. It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent boutique stay in Miraflores"

Great location, comfortable bed, great shower, great breakfast and excellent host - Frank stayed up late to check us in and helped us with a dinner reservation as we couldn’t get through. Much appreciated.

Fabulous boutique hotel! Beautiful art, very comfortable, lovely porch to hang out on or eat breakfast. The owner was very welcoming and encouraged us to make the hotel our home for a few days. Loved it!

Ein vorzügliche Lage, sehr zentral mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, vielen Restaurants. Das Haus Ana Frank hat sehr viel Charme, stillvoll und Klasse, tolle Terrasse und ruhige

Es war alles sehr gut, für Arbeiten auf Dos de Mayo kann das Hotel nichts, es wird eher eine noch bessere Anbindung haben

This is a beautiful villa right in the heart of Miraflores. Frank, the owner, is an excellent host, readily available, and quick to respond to messages. He also provides guests with a map and comprehensive information about what to find in Miraflores and Barranco. My room was very quiet and pleasant; everything was simply perfect. I felt right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana and Frank’s. We felt so welcome and comfortable right away. Frank helped us with transportation to and from the airport, and he gave us great information about where to go and where to eat. He was available for questions and just overall nice and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. It was comfortable like an Airbnb, but none of the responsibilities! The location is fantastic. It is in a nice and safe part of Mira Flores and easy to get around and find whatever you need. Stay here - you won’t regret it!
