Things started out a little bumpy. One of the reasons that we chose this hotel is that they advertised a laptop sized room safe. The safe in our room wasn't working so they upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite for both nights of our stay. The room was perfect and no complaints.

The bed was a bit too firm. The jacuzzi leaked a lot on the floor.
