Horrible staff. Very sketchy guests. Noisy all night long. Multiple things and lights in room inoperable

This is a property that I have stayed in a couple of times over the last several years. It has taken an unfortunate turn for the worst. The room smelled like a cigarette party. I actually took pictures of ashes on the bed frame of the mattress it was a double room. I have pics ofa comforter with a cigarette hole burn through it. The entire hotel smells of weed and cigarettes and mildew. Missing knobs from doors and drawers in rooms

Horrible. Do not stay here. The entrance is shabby and muddy. The elevator is ricketty. The floor in the room, INCLUDING the carpet, was sticky. The towel rack completely fell apart when I touched it. The fire alarm was pulled out of the wall and the red light on (= very unsafe). The first room, we couldn't get in the door. The clerk did not seem surprised, as if anything could happen there. He did not apologize.

We are an elderly couple who were placed on the sixth floor. Only one elevator was working and it was at the farthest point on a long hall away from our room, which required long walks. The room was dirt with old carpeting. The parking area was vandalized the night before. The whole experience was terrible and we left right away to find a cleaner and safer hotel. I don’t know why La Quinta would keep this property. I’m hoping we will not be charged for the 10 minutes we were at this hotel.

The elevator doesn’t work had to go up 5 stories to get to my room

This hotel was the WORST. I have ever stayed in Do not be fooled at the pictures they show of the property. It looks nothing LIKE IT! It was a bullet hole on the wall..addicts all around the facility...throw up in the elavator! My room smelled like pee very strong odor I can hear my neighbors arguing! The staff was very rude told me i needed to hush after i told him the room was unacceptable! Please do not stay here it should be shut down! ITS SOO BAD

Customer service was no so good

The room had smell after I spray the room with disinfectant spray and my bed. I d I did smell it any more. To later find Blood splash one area of the wall throughout the room and on carpet. I had been a Guest at this hotel about 4 years wonderful experience, but since then it sould be considered a Motel. I wasn't offended another room due to the fact I checked in late and was leaving in few hours for my flight

The clerk was on the phone speaking to someone in a different language this is very disrespectful. Then someone was smoking in their room and the alarm went off he did not know what to do!
