We did not sleep. The room above were creamy loud and preceded with violent sexual activity from 1am through to when we checked out at 7am reception didn’t do much to help and wouldn’t offer us an alternative room . We had two children aged 12 in our room who heard everything we could physically did not sleep and left feeling very upset and unwell

Sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz super.

Es wahr schlichtweg nicht möglich jemanden telefonisch oder per Mail zu erreichen - weder vom eigenen Handy noch vom Raumtelefon. Nach vielen erfolglosen Versuchen haben wir versucht bei der Rezeption vorzusprechen, hier waren alle zu beschäftigt. Im Restaurant fand sich dann nach einiger Suche jemand, der bereit war sich zu kümmern. Sehr Schwierig.

The location

The fact I was charged twice for breakfast I didn’t have, the rudeness of staff when challenged about charges, the room was dirty, smelt and also it was like an oven. Very unpleasant for my stay

Great staff as always. Food was good.

Room feels very dated. No plugs near the bed for charging. Internet provided was very slow and when asked if there was another option as I was working none was offered. Limited non alcoholic options
