I stayed at the Forest of Arden hotel for one night with my family and cannot praise the team highly enough. They were all so friendly and welcoming and so good with my two young children. I’d like to say a massive thank you to Abhay who was so kind resolving a booking error which I was completely oblivious of until I checked in. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and loved having use of the lovely pool facilities.

"Sadly slipping"

Comfy beds and room . Attentive friendly staff in the bar.

Breakfast has gone down hill since our previous stays, cheap quality ingredients and coffee machines kept breaking plus when it was working it was really bad coffee, breakfast was not worth the price. Calling down to reception, they were very unclear when explaining things on the phone and didn't listen or write notes correctly. Tried charging us for an extra breakfast that we didn't have, after telling them we only wanted one morning breakfast several times on the phone. Tried charging us for a roll out bed in which we were told before arrival they would do at no extra cost. We will be staying elsewhere on our nec trip next year sadly.
