Great hotel, spacious and comfortable room. Great staff, good food

Great stay. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Pillows in bedroom not amazing but didn’t spoil the stay.

Everything about the hotel is perfect expect the room. I was in room 112 and the consistent noise from 10pm-10am of grinding or banging from either aircon or some boiler system servicing the hotel was horrendous. Tried calling reception from room telephone but all pre programmed numbers were not working. Couldn’t move at this point. Such a shame as hotel is lovely, staff fantastic and room clean and tidy. That room is clearly always got that noise as it services part of the hotel systems they should either block the noise or no longer service the room for guests. Do not stay in room 112

Whilst the staff were nice and the location is good if you want to shop and have fast food restaurants available, overall we were unimpressed with the room and hotel. The bed was poor, very springy and had no support, the bathroom was slightly dated, the plug on the bath didn’t work and the shower just didn’t get hot. The lifts were also poor and only one seemed to be working and the light for it on floor 3 didn’t light up so you couldn’t be confident that it had been called. I would look elsewhere if visiting the area again.
