One of the best value for money experiences I have ever had. All details were taken care of meticulously to uphold 4 star value. Small details were taken care and staff were very responsive.

Hotel was modern, very clean, and comfortable. Staff were very efficient, helpful, and attentive. Overall a bery good experience.

i asked for the room to be made up it wasn't we had to ask for milk and Toilet rolls to be put in the rooms ,we did ask for the room to be made up daily when we arrived

We’ve stayed here for several visits to Newcastle and always enjoy our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it’s a good location on the outskirts of the city, and breakfast is really good. Kids enjoy the pool too. It’s getting a bit dated, unfortunately one of the lifts was out of order, so a long wait everytime you used it. Automatic doors weren’t working properly either. A shame but never had a problem before and sure these will be sorted. Overall recommend and will certainly stay again.

Great stay

We enjoyed the hotel stay. The staff were froendly and helpfulp and the rooms were confortable. The leisure centre was good though the ladies showers weren't as clean as they might have been and probably due for a refresh.

Lovely staff so helpful and friendly

Lovely friendly staff, breakfast plentiful and tasty. The rooms were spacious and the surroundings strangely peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay and would readily recommend this hotel

Room is tired, beds far too soft and seen better days, amenities are very basic, would expect bottled water in the rooms, No fridge. TV not working properly

Great room. Very clean and tidy. Everything you need in it.
