Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead

Nice and comfy room, the bathroom could use re-decorating soon but still comfortable. The hotel restaurant is terrible, breakfast was just about acceptable but I wish I'd gone for dinner somewhere else. There are plenty of other choices in the Metro centre.

Tidy spacious room and a good hotel, although quite noisy in the morning so don't expect a lie in.

The hotel is well-placed and fairly modern. The beds were comfortable and our children really enjoyed the pool. We were disappointed by the cleanliness unfortunately, we arrived at our room with a plate of food outside the door, then inside the room the top of the cupboard was covered in litter and there was food under one of the beds. A little bit disappointing really for the price we paid.

Bit dated but overall good value

Bed was comfy room was large. Bath was roomie for my tall partner. It was really clean really enjoyed our stay. Was a bit loud kids knocking on our door but the staff helped out and it stopped.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Welcoming staff in the breakfast room. Leisure staff were also friendly and happy to provide towels for pool use. A good overnight trip. Would come again.

Lovely hotel with lovely pool and fitness centre. Family rooms are so spacious.

Hotel was unbearably hot. Our room was right next to the fans outside the building which ran constantly this meant we couldn't open the window because the noise was so loud. The air conditioning was even louder. I got very little sleep because it was so hot in our room. There was also no mini fridge in the room which I found odd as it was supposed to be a superior room.

Liked the pool no fridge in room

Easy location to get to and very well kept property. The pool and spa were particularly nice even for a quick overnight good option for people passing through or in town for a week.
