The bathroom cleanliness was terrible—I’ve never seen mold and mildew growing from a tap like this.

Absolutely amazing! It’s a short review but there really isn’t much else to say. Lovely Staff. Food. Everything.

Staff are great in this hotel The only issue we always have is food related Whoever runs the restaurant needs sacked, they are clueless We ate in MacDonalds on Sunday night because the food we were served on Saturday although of good quality was delivered to the table all together so after eating the soup the main was stone cold I stay in this hotel quite often and for years the food is good quality but something spoils it every time I'm sure i've bleated about it many times and i bet its always the same complaint

Excellent hotel, my family and I really enjoyed using the pool and the rooms were lovely and spacious. The only issue was the check in - the hotel told us to go back at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm.

All good and enjoyed the leisure Spa

Excellent stay. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but other then that everything was excellent. Breckfast was amazing

Very poor experience all around. The power went out on the first night, I ended up in the car park in the cold. The power was off until 2am, no explanation what actually happened. Second day the gym was closed. I paid a premium for the hotel becuae it had the gym (I could of stayed in another hotel in newcastle for £50). Again no explanation why it closed. Door into the room was faulty, took a few tries to get it open, no easy when your hands are full. Shower didn't run hot. I got a refund for my third night stay (i was condidering asking for full refund), booked into another hotel close by.

Just a break , drinks and food and a nice chill out
