Extended Stay America Suites - Indianapolis - West 86th St

The stay was just fine- definitely dated but overall fairly clean. Lovely courtyard in the back. Wasn't crazy about the smell of pot in the hallways, but what can you do?

Friendly staff. Although this is a non smoking motel our room had been smoked in and not properly cleaned or aired out. Because of my allergies this was a major issue.

I had a water leak in my room which got no attention. I have been back a week and no one has called to address my situation. I called and have also received no call back. I was not moved to another room, nor did anyone come to my room after notifying the front desk. I was told there was nothing they could do and given rags to address the situation myself. Absolutely horrible experience.

I didn't get to check in because the hotel was "overbooked" according to the guy manning the front desk at 10:45pm

Shoeneice has consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service, taking the time to truly understand my needs and preferences. On my recent visit, she went above and beyond to accommodate me by personalizing their recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of my experience was enjoyable. Their attentive staff made me feel valued and prioritized, reflecting a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of service not only meets expectations but exceeds them, making me eager to return.. Rooms are clean and well kept. Would absolutely reccomend.

It was close to my event.

The room smelled overly sweet like a carpet floor clearer was put down to cover something up. The floor in the room by the kitchen was sticky. There was supposed to be a couch/pull out bed, the only furniture in the living space was two end tables. The TV powered on but one remote didn't work at all and the other remote when it navigated to TV said no signal. In the morning, the room smelled like urine - not from me. The breakfast was nurtigrain bars and bagged muffins and the area was worn.

The room didn’t have a toilet seat, we got moved to a different room that had low shower pressure, several bugs, and a large size spider web over one of the beds
